I started Chaos For Lunch, a U.S. based brand, because since 2009 I had another online shop in a different industry … and I wanted to build something new.

Chaos in our brand name, Chaos For Lunch, is a reference to chaos theory and an appreciation in the ability to find order in apparent confusion.

When coming up with a brand name we needed something memorable and unique ... dinner is a more serious meal and some people will think of chicken when they think of dinner ... breakfast seemed like it was taken.
